Després de la jornada sobre additius que varem organitzar l’octubre del 2007 i arrel de les propostes dels assistents hem cregut interessant muntar un curs per aprofundir en els coneixements dels additius amb tres professionals experts en la matèria.
La major part dels aliments que actualment consumim contenen additius alimentaris. Alguns d’origen natural i altres de síntesi, sovint van precedits per la mala fama. Molts cops, habitualment sense rigor científic, s’assenyalen els múltiples perills que pot comportar el seu consum; però,… realment coneixem la normativa legal que els regula? …com es fa la valoració del risc en l’ús d’additius?…com actuen?…quines són les seves aplicacions?…quines són les noves tendències en l’ús d’additius?
Per tal de aprofundir en aquestes i altres qüestions, des d’AVHIC, us proposem el següent curs:

The food security has become an irrenunciable goal of the modern society, the information that it has to accompany to the products with those that we feed has to be sufficient and to be able to assure the innocuousness of the foods that arrive at the consumers.
