The preliminary sketch of Law of Public Health of Catalonia is in public exposure for that all the interested parts it can make the contributions that they believe convenient.
The Law of Public Health sorts all the contributions about public health to Catalonia to guarantee the surveillance from the public health, the promotion of the individual and collective health, the prevention of the illness and the protection of the health.
This law creates the Agency of Public Health of Catalonia, which absorbs the Agency of Protection of the Health at present in deployment, and also creates the Catalan Agency of Security and Alimentary Quality.
