Subsequently has been opened with a • discussion with the participation of Margarita Arboix, Director of Regional Services in Barcelona of the Agency for Health Protection, Marc de Semir, a journalist, Maximiliano Junquera, representing Leche Pascual SA and Cinta Barrachina, OCUC representative of the (Organization of Consumers and Users of Catalonia).

The preriquisites

prerrquisits1.jpg The production of safe food for human consumption requires a solid basis of conditions and hygienic practices to prevent the introduction of hazardous agents, the increased burden microbiological or the accumulation of waste and other physical or chemical agents in food These practices are known as prerequisites.
The Agency for Health Protection has prepared a number of information leaflets on the prerequisites, which explains in a practical way what are they and how to implement the food establishments. Currently available are 6 of 10 prerequisites that will take this series.

planol2.jpgEn la documentació dels projectes de noves activitats alimentàries cal incloure una memòria sanitària.
En el moment de sol•licitar un permís municipal per a l’obertura d’un establiment alimentari, així com per a l’obtenció d’una autorització sanitària de funcionament o per a la inscripció al Registre Sanitari d’Indústries i Establiments (RSIPAC) cal presentar una memòria sanitària de l’activitat que es pretén desenvolupar.
En aquest curs s’exposaran els principis de seguretat alimentària que cal tenir en compte a l’hora de dissenyar un establiment alimentari.
